We're a brother-and-sister team from North Mississippi who learned the hard way that health insurance isn’t just paperwork…

Angee’s Side of the Story:

I’ve spent years as a Healthcare Concierge - basically, the person people call when their benefits implode, they get hit with a huge surprise bill, or they’re sitting in a doctor’s office thinking, “What now?”

I’ve untangled claims, explained benefits, corrected mistakes, fought for fair pricing, and helped families navigate a system designed to confuse them.

So yeah… I know exactly how overwhelming this world can feel.

Then Life Hit Us Hard.

At just 38, Jared started having stroke-like episodes out of nowhere.
No warning. No reason. No roadmap.

Our family's entire life flipped overnight.

Thank goodness I had the background I did to quickly help Jared get the best care possible, along with all the other headaches from losing a job, etc.
